Ao acessar e instalar o aplicativo Versículo do Dia ("Serviço"), projetado e desenvolvido por B20 Conteúdo Digital, você concorda em ficar vinculado a estes Termos. Se você discordar de qualquer parte dos termos, não deverá acessar o Serviço.
1. Licença de Uso
Concedemos a você uma licença pessoal, não exclusiva, intransferível e limitada para acessar e usar o Aplicativo estritamente para propósitos de leitura bíblica, reflexão e compartilhamento espiritual. É proibido utilizar a infraestrutura do app de forma automatizada (ex: bots) visando extração em massa (scraping), cópia comercial ou revenda.
2. Ausência de Vínculos Institucionais
Este aplicativo é um compilado e um utilitário tecnológico gratuito provido de forma independente. O App e a empresa B20 Conteúdo Digital não estão atrelados oficialmente a nenhum dogma, editora ou organização religiosa específica. Os versículos (na versão NVI para português e BBE para inglês) seguem as limitações de domínio público ou licenças de livre distribuição e citação aplicáveis nestas formatações.
3. Direitos Autorais e Propriedade Intelectual
Os designs originais, layouts, lógicas matemáticas de randomização (código-fonte) e funcionalidades PWA do Versículo do Dia são propriedade intelectual exclusiva da B20 Conteúdo Digital, protegidos por leis de direitos autorais. Isso exclui o próprio texto milenar da Bíblia Sagrada na qual não temos reinvindicação de autoria moral.
4. Limitações de Responsabilidade
O aplicativo é distribuído "no estado em que se encontra", sem garantias explícitas ou implícitas de adequação a um propósito específico ou de que estará ininterruptamente limpo de vulnerabilidades temporárias de armazenamento local (bugs).
5. Anúncios e Conteúdo Patrocinado
O Serviço é disponibilizado gratuitamente. Para nos ajudar a manter essa infraestrutura estável no ar para todos, você concorda e aceita ver anúncios ou banners patrocinados em conjunto ou dentro da interface do App periodicamente durante sua estadia.
6. Termos Gerais
Nós nos reservamos o direito de rescindir ou suspender o acesso ao nosso Serviço imediatamente, sem aviso prévio ou responsabilidade, por qualquer motivo legal, inclusive rescisão sob quebra explícita de licença ou infração destes termos.
7. Jurisdição
Estes Termos serão regidos e interpretados de acordo com a legislação do Brasil. Quaisquer disputas serão resolvidas pelas cortes e autoridades do país sede.

By accessing and installing the Verse of the Day application ("Service") provided by B20 Conteúdo Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to use the app exclusively for biblical reading, reflection and spiritual sharing. It is strictly prohibited to automate interactions (e.g. bots) with the infrastructure with the intent of scraping data, commercial copying or reselling.
2. Institutional Status Overview
This application is a free technological utility and aggregated compilation developed independently. The App and its parent company B20 Conteúdo Digital are not officially tied to any specific religious dogma, publishing house or ecclesiastical organization. The verses provided herein strictly follow open public domain or fair-use distribution licenses within standard citation thresholds in multiple territories.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The original interface designs, front-end architecture, randomization mathematical logic, and overall PWA software are exclusive intellectual property of B20 Conteúdo Digital, protected under copyright laws. This does not extend onto the millennia-old holy text representing the Holy Bible where no moral patent is claimed.
4. Limitations of Liability
This software is provided "as-is", without any warranties – express or implied – describing functionality or assuring uninterrupted uptime free of localized intermittent glitches (bugs) tied to the inner memory of your device.
5. Ads and Sponsored Content
The Service is distributed to the public free of charge. In order to help us keep this robust infrastructure alive for everyone, you agree and consent to see third-party ads or sponsored banners properly placed within the App interfaces periodically during your usage.
6. General Statements
We reserve the right to ban or suspend service capabilities entirely upon instances in which a user proves to be infringing on the core principles detailed previously, breaking local laws or terms of service.
7. Jurisdiction
These Terms will be interpreted under and governed by the jurisdiction and laws of Brazil, with the official legal seat defined within the country of development.
